Shipping policy
We aim to pack and send your order as soon as possible, generally within 1-2 business days.
Upon request, packages can be issued a tracking number [UPDATE: tracking numbers for deliveries to NZ addresses are generally added to your order at the moment you receive a dispatch notification]. Delivery to rural NZ addresses may exceed 10 days and we can't guarantee arrival before a certain date to any address.
Rates:**
Domestic Shipping: Free shipping for orders above $100 NZD. Orders lower than this amount will incur a $9.50 shipping charge. Expect delivery within 8-10 days.
International Shipping: Cost calculations take place in NZD even if a different payment currency is available to you. Conversion to your payment currency is automatic. International shipping rates are subject to change; if a shipping rate becomes too high for ViBERi to cover, we reserve the right to give notice and alter our free shipping policy.

International Airmail is tracked but sent at the buyer’s risk. Any missing or undelivered parcels will not be replaced. We reserve the right to refund an order if shipping to an address outside New Zealand or Australia would not be economical. CUSTOMS ARE THE RESPONSIBILITY OF THE PURCHASER, so please get in touch if you have any questions about customs in your country and we can check if our shipping partner has any advice.
Chocolate products are sent at the buyer's own risk. This is generally not a problem for NZ orders, but international customers are highly recommended to consider local and shipping weather conditions. Customers in Australia and the United States are welcome to contact us directly if interested in the chocolate range, as these products are hidden from the website in those regions.
Honey products are currently unavailable for shipping outside of New Zealand.
